With our fantastic location, we are situated at the north end of Douglas promenade where you are only a short distance from the centre of Douglas. You will find excellent transport links right on your doorstep together with the Manx Electric Railway and Douglas Horse Tram depots just 300 yards away.
Our prime location, high standards and panoramic views across Douglas bay make us the ideal location for both buisiness or pleasure.

Please note that due to the original architectural features of Promenade House, we advise that it is not suitable for any guests requiring mobility assistance or street level access. The property has a number of external steps to access the building, as well as internal steps to the upper floors.

Location
There is free parking on both sides of the promenade, bus stops are close by, and the Manx Electric Railway and Horse Tram Depots are just a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any reserved spaces and there is no parking or stopping directly in front of Promenade House.
